Last Sunday, former IMPACT star and World Champion Tessa Blanchard and her fiancé, current IMPACT star Daga (Miguel Ángel Olivo) were married.
The couple’ plans to get married this past August in Tijuana, Baja California changed with Blanchard not able to travel outside of Mexico due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to family, guests at the wedding included current IMPACT Wrestling stars Taya Valkyrie, Jordynne Gail Kim, Grace, Moose, Alisha Edwards, Melissa Santos along with her husband AEW star Brian Cage.
Blanchard was terminated by IMPACT and stripped of the World Title this past June after the two sides had a disagreement, which includes Blanchard failing to send promo videos for IMPACT television episodes, forcing the company to make edits to those shows.
Her current IMPACT contract was set to expire just before the Slammiversary PPV which was held on July 18, where she was scheduled to defend the title against Sami Callihan.
Following her release from IMPACT, WWE reportedly sent feelers out to Blanchard on possibly signing with the company.
