Report: Trademarks filed in Florida for new “All Elite Wrestling” including event names

All Elite Wrestling

A thread over on Reddit recently revealed that a series of new trademarks have been filed in the state of Florida (specifically Jacksonville) for what could be start of a new wrestling promotion featuring high profile non-contracted WWE talent.

The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online reports that trademarks were filed by All Elite Wrestling, LLC on November 5 by the same addresses as the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars. This is relevant as Tony Khan has been rumored in recent weeks as backing a new wrestling venture. The Khan family are the owners of the Jaguars.

A variety of names were trademarked (image above) including:

All Elite Wrestling
AEW All Out
All Out
AEW
Double or Nothing
Tuesday Night Dynamite
AEW Double Or Nothing

The “goods and services” section of the trademarks noted these items would be used for merchandise, live streaming PPV content and more.

The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho and Jim Ross were all heavily rumored to be part of this venture, more so the Bucks, Rhodes and Omega with their current ROH and New Japan Pro Wrestling deals set to expire shortly.

Jericho and Ross have denied any involvement when asked about the rumors not long ago, while The Elite has expressed publicly that they would be sticking together when current contracts with Ring of Honor and New Japan finish up shortly.
