Steve Lee Richardson, known as Puppet “The Psycho Dwarf,” passed away on September 9.

No information is known about the cause of death, but it was said to be unexpected.

Richardson performed on some early NWA-TNA weekly PPV shows in 2003. He is remembered for an angle where he pulled a gun on Jeff Jarrett in storyline. Richardson also wrestled Tom Arnold as part of a Fox Sports Net/TNA collaboration.
