A trial date has been set for Juan Rodriguez Chucuan, the former Alberto Del Rio from WWE, for his aggravated kidnapping charge.
According to PWInsider, the trail will begin on January 25, 2021.
This past week, Chucuan was charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of aggravated kidnapping.
If convicted on the sexual assault charges, he faces a maximum of 20 years in prison. The aggravated kidnapping charge carries a maximum penalty of 99 years in prison. Fines for each could be up to $10,000.
