Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley agree to 5-minute ‘ceasefire’ at Wrestle Kingdom 18, new title belts

Will Ospreay, Jon Moxley and David Finlay will square-off in a three-way match at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 on January 4, to crown the first-ever IWGP Global Champion.

During the NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 press conference on Wednesday, Ospreay and Moxley agreed to ‘a ceasefire’ in the opening five minutes of the three-way title match to take out Finlay, so then they can give the fans what they really want to see, which is a singles match between Ospreay and Moxley. Ospreay even gave Moxley non-alcoholic beer as part of the deal.

Ospreay signed a multi-year contract with AEW at the Full Gear PPV back in November and is set to start with the company next month.
