Show starts with a backstage promo exchange between champion Fenix, Pentagon Jr. and Catrina, where Catrina states that Pentagon Jr. is not invited to Aztec Warfare.
Main Event in Aztec Warfare II for the Lucha Underground Title: Matanza Cueto wins the 21-man Aztec Warfare II to win the title, last eliminating the debuting Rey Mysterio Jr.

Cueto said “El Jefe” was back to run his Temple and there was one more entrant, his brother, “The Monster” MATANZA CUETO! Out comes Matanza in a Hannibal Lector-style mask with a Wyatt Family like jumpsuit that is splattered with blood.
