John Gabruick, Executive Vice President of Television Production for TNA, has been described as “the guy who is really running things” in the company according to a new report by Dave Meltzer. The current structure in TNA was broken down as being in three parts in that you answer to Panda Energy in Dallas, Dixie Carter in Nashville and Spike TV.
AJ Styles noted in a recent interview with “Busted Open” that when he was in negotiations for a new deal with TNA, even he wasn’t really sure what kind of power Carter now has in TNA. Styles added, “I don’t know what her position in the company is anymore. I’m not really sure if she’s dealing with the money or dealing with the storyline, I’m not exactly sure what she’s dealing with. When I was in negotiations, it wasn’t with Dixie.”
