SPOILERS: TNA Impact Wrestling tapings for February 6

The following was taped on Thursday in Glasgow, Scotland.

TNA Impact Wrestling tapings for February 6, 2014:

* Austin Aries def. Zema Ion to retain the TNA X Division Championship.

* Bully Ray gives Curry Man a piledriver and puts him inside a coffin.

* Abyss def. Eric Young in a Monster’s Ball match.

* MVP was out next. He talked about people being tired of self-absorbed, egotistical owners like Dixie Carter. He said he was investing his money in TNA to see a change. Rockstar Spud is out next saying MVP should meet with Dixie. MVP tells him he didn’t forget how to use his fists and books TNA Champion Magnus vs. Kurt Angle for later tonight.

* Kurt Angle def. TNA Champion Magnus via DQ in a non-title match. EC3 interfered when Angle had the Ankle Lock on Magnus. After the match, EC3 attacked Angle hitting him on the knee with a steel chair. Angle was taken away on a stretcher.

* Samoa Joe def. Bobby Roode to become No. 1 Contender for the TNA Championship.

* Dixie Carter is out next with Rockstar Spud to close the taping. Carter introduces MVP. Dixie welcomes MVP to TNA and wants to share his vision for the future of the company. MVP said Dixie’s mismangement has nearly brought TNA to its knees and that her reign of terror was over. Dixie and MVP have a staredown to close the show. MVP also got in a few shots on Rockstar Spud as well.
