WWE announces the 12 competitors for the World Heavyweight Title Tournament

WWE has announced the 12 competitors for the World Heavyweight Title Tournament.

For Raw it will be as follows:

-Seth Rollins

-Finn Balor

-Damian Priest

-The Miz

-Cody Rhodes

-Shinsuke Nakamura

For SmackDown it will be as follows:

-Edge

-AJ Styles

-Bobby Lashley

-Austin Theory

-Rey Mysterio

-Sheamus

Two Triple-Threat Matches will be take place on Monday’s episode of Raw and Two-Triple Threat Matches will take place on this Friday’s episode of SmackDown. The winners of the matches with then square off later in the night on each show. The two winners will then go on to face each other in Saudi Arabia at Night of Champions on Saturday, May 27, with the sole winner being crowned the new World Heavyweight Champion, who will be exclusive to Monday Night Raw.

In our recent Twitter poll, out of 127 votes, Seth Rollins was the pick with 70.9 percent and 29.1 percent picked Cody Rhodes, as who they think WWE will crown as the new World Heavyweight Champion.
