It is Wednesday, my dudes…you know what that means.

We get a recap of last week’s Dynamite tag team main event as well as Saturday’s AEW World Championship bout on Collision.

We head backstage where Renee talks to MJF about looking for three partners to face Bullet Club Gold tonight for a chance to get back his AEW World Championship. MJF “thanks” Renee bringing it up before mentioning a list of potential partners, and he also has Adam Cole on video call. Cole wishes him well and says he should consider Samoa Joe’s offer.

MJF isn’t so sure, walking off to go find his partners when Roderick calls out to ADAAAAAM…asking if he’s sure MJF isn’t the Devil, because he’s pretty sure he is. Cole looks to end the video call when we cut to a look at the Devil staring us down…and then we cut to the intro.

With that, we’re at ringside for our opening contest as Orange Cassidy heads to the ring, ready to defend the International Championship against BCC’s Claudio Castagnoli. We get a look at what happened to Bryan Danielson before Claudio makes his way to the ring next, before this match gets underway!

AEW International Championship Match: Orange Cassidy defends against Claudio Castagnoli

Claudio rushes at the champion, who evades an attack in the corner…but is overtaken by Castagnoli all the same. The challenger stomps and knees away at Cassidy, sending him back into the corner for an uppercut. Claudio stays on the attack, wearing the champ down until Cassidy tries to escape the ring…and is taken down with a clothesline on the outside!

Cassidy drives Claudio into the ring post before sliding into the ring, hitting a dive on the challenger…but Castagnoli catches him on the second attempt, hoisting him up before dropping Cassidy onto the barricade! With Yuta still trying to be a presence at ringside, Hook comes out to keep an eye out…but the ref isn’t having any of it, sending both men to the back instead!

The battle between Claudio and Cassidy ends up back in the ring, as they fight it out on the turnbuckle…before Claudio drops the champ to the canvas with a superplex! Cassidy rolls out of the ring for a breather as we go to picture-in-picture!

Picture-in-Picture: Claudio goes after the champ on the outside, only for Cassidy to fight back…until Claudio brings the action to him back in the ring! Cassidy tries once again to fight back but is quickly overpowered by Claudio, who sends the champ to the corner once more for more damage. Claudio catches him on the top rope before bringing him to the middle of the ring as we come back from break!

As the action continues in the ring we see a look backstage where Yuta and Hook get into it, with AEW officials intervening. Back in the ring, Cassidy is getting back into the swing of things as he sends Claudio shoulder first into the ring post! Claudio leaves the ring as Cassidy sets up for a DDT, dropping the challenger to the floor outside.

Both men are in the ring again as Claudio catches Cassidy, only for the champion to surprise him with a Stundog Millionaire! Cassidy back on the attack, but Claudio catches him into a Giant Swing! Round and round goes the champ before Claudio shifts gears, locking in a Sharpshooter. Cassidy struggles to get out as Claudio transitions into a LeBelle Lock, shades of Bryan Danielson! Cassidy finally manages to break out of it somewhat, but is dropped with a powerbomb for a nearfall!

Claudio wears the champion down some more, and Cassidy nearly goes limp as Claudio has to deadlift him…but Cassidy fights back! No! Claudio catches him with a “giant swing sleeper hold” as noted on commentary, and Cassidy is fading fast!

NO! Cassidy is firing up, getting hands in pockets to get back into into before hitting an Orange Punch and a Beach Break on the challenger…who rolls out of the ring to stop the champ’s momentum! The ref begins the count as Claudio takes a breather, narrowly coming back in before it reaches nine.

Cassidy is right there waiting, giving the “dangerous” kicks that actually do increase in damage leading to a PK. Orange Punch and Rainmaker are both avoided by Claudio, but Cassidy drills him with a DDT for a nearfall! Cassidy heads to the corner for an Orange Punch, but it’s countered into a powerbomb by Claudio–only for Cassidy to reverse into a hurricanrana! He’s got the challenger pinned down…and he gets the win to retain!

Winner via pinfall and still AEW International Champion: Orange Cassidy

Cassidy leaves the ring, laying on the ramp to recover when Jon Moxley’s music hits, leading to the former International Champion heading to the ring through the crowd. This raises Cassidy’s ire enough for the champ to run into the ring to go after Mox, who lays into the champ as Claudio watches on. Security tries to intervene but Claudio and Mox stop them before Mox starts biting the head of Cassidy…and this is enough for Claudio to pull his BCC mate away. With that, BCC leave the ring as we go backstage.

Backstage, MJF knocks at the door of Kenny Omega, only to be met by Jericho who just scoffs at him. MJF walks away when he is confronted by Wardlow, who threatens to take everything away from the champ when he least suspects it. MJF is mad about needing a new clipboard when he is approached by The Acclaimed who offer to help him tonight, but their advances are refused as we go to commercial.

-Commercial Break-

Backstage, Mox addresses the source of his anger with Cassidy…the fact that Orange picked up the pieces to win the title back from Rey Fenix when it should’ve been his match. Mox promises to do whatever he can to beat Cassidy, looking to Full Gear for the opportunity before walking off.

Back at ringside, we gear up for a ROH World Six-Man Championship match with the Mogul Embassy heading to the ring first. Out next are the champs as Page and the Young Bucks head down, and this match gets underway!

ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship: The Elite (Hangman Page & The Young Bucks) defend against Mogul Embassy (Gates of Agony & Brian Cage)

This match begins in chaos as all six men go at it, with a focus on Page and Bishop. Eventually, we get a tag made to Matt Jackson as the Elite triple-team Bishop. We continue with a tag to Nick Jackson who hits a 450 for a nearfall as we go to picture-in-picture!

Picture-in-Picture: A tag is made to Cage and things turn in the favor of the Embassy as Matt Jackson is worn down despite getting the tag in for the Elite. Tags are frequent as we end up with Cage back in before we come back from break!

Matt Jackson makes the tag to Page, who goes after the Gates of Agony clearing them out before attacking Cage on the outside! Page hits Bishop with a powerbomb and prepares for a Buckshot Lariat as Swerve interrupts from the stage…raising Page’s ire as the Hangman rushes up the ramp to go after him! This leaves Nick Jackson to deal with the Gates of Agony, before Leona gets taken out and Cage takes a superkick!

Cage counters with a superplex of sorts on Nick, before Matt gets involved…only to get drilled to the canvas by the Gates of Agony! Nick then gets planted into the canvas by Bishop, who gets the pin and the win to become new champions!

Winners via pinfall and new ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions: Mogul Embassy (Gates of Agony & Brian Cage)

We see Hangman Page still going after Swerve backstage as staff intervenes…and back in the ring, we see Matt Jackson being especially angry between the loss and the recent issues between Page and Swerve as we go to commercial.

-Commercial Break-

Backstage, MJF takes a break from his search to make fun of Darby Allin before being approached again by The Acclaimed to no avail.

Back at ringside, Tony Schiavone welcomes Adam Copeland to the ring. Copeland heads to the ring for a big ovation from the crowd before Tony asks him about the confrontation from Sting and Darby Allin last week. Adam gives Tony his props for the things he’s done backstage before addressing the question. He talks about Sting’s comment of going way back, saying the two had talked to each other a lot given their similar injuries and such.

He then gives Darby his props before getting to the heart of the matter, whether he will team with Sting and Darby at Full Gear…but he is soon interrupted by the TNT Champion as Christian Cage heads out to the stage alongside Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne. Cage tells Louisville to shut their mouths while he conducts business.

Cage tells Adam to let him paint a picture, saying he is going to retire Sting at Full Gear whether he likes it or not…and if you haven’t noticed, Darby has a gimp arm after what Cage did at WrestleDream. Cage says he doesn’t have to remind Adam about his neck injuries, and would hate to see this dream of his become a nightmare.

He’d better back down from Cage, or Cage is going to snap his neck and leave him in a wheelchair, to live the rest of your life undignified…but he sees that this isn’t getting through, so Cage tells his fellas to give him a little preview. Luchasaurus and Wayne go after Copeland, who fends them off as Cage rushes into the ring…leading to a staredown between the former friends, before Luchasaurus attacks Copeland from behind!

He and Wayne lay Adam out on the canvas before Wayne goes for a steel chair from under the ring…but Sting arrives to make the save, followed closely by Darby Allin! Copeland clears out Luchasaurus as Cage attacks Darby, but Adam sets himself up in the corner…and hits a spear on the TNT Champion!

It seems this attack was enough to send Copeland over the edge, as he accepts the offer to join Sting and Darby to face Cage, Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne at Full Gear! Cage is incensed as he and his cronies regroup on the stage.

We cut backstage with Nigel McGuinness and Tony Khan, who has an important announcement for fans all over the world. Tickets for next year’s AEW All In go on sale a month from now, but fans can sign up for a presale now at the link provided.

Back at ringside, 3point0 way to the ring for our next match take on their former leader in Chris Jericho, who comes to the ring next before Kenny Omega heads out for this tag team bout… and this match gets underway!

Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho vs. Matt Menard and Angelo Parker

We start off with some chaos as Jericho and Omega go after their opponents before we go to picture-in-picture!

Picture-in-Picture: Despite the early advantage by Omega and Jericho, 3point0 are able to get back into it as they wear down Omega in the corner. Menard goes after Omega as we come back from break…

…and Omega drives him back to make the tag to Jericho! The Ocho gets the upper hand on his former JAS stablemakes as he gets a nearfall after a Lionsault. Chaos ensues again until tags are made for Ang to get a nearfall on Jericho after Menard hits him with a bat!

Menard hands the bat to Ang, but it’s for naught as Jericho hits the Judas Effect on Cool Hand for the pin and the win!

Winners via pinfall: Kenny Omega & Chris Jericho

After the match, Callis calls the pair out before challenging them to a street fight between them and the Family in two weeks. Omega and Jericho take them up on the offer, but have a couple friends to join them…Kota Ibushi and the only man Jericho knows is bigger than Will Hobs, Paul Wight!

-Commercial Break-

Backstage, Renee talks to Omega and Jericho about the Street Fight when the Young Bucks come in to address Jericho even hanging around as of late. Omega tries to assure them that everything is okay, but the Bucks won’t hear it as they storm out.

Back at ringside, Willow Nightingale heads to the ring for our next match. Out next is the AEW Women’s World Champion as Hikaru Shida heads to the ring for what is announced as a title match that gets underway!

AEW Women’s World Championship: Hikaru Shida defends against Willow Nightingale

The two women lock up before heading to the ropes, and Willow starts to get the upper hand leading to a nearfall! Big slam by Nightingale but the champ is back on her feet already…only to be taken down by Willow’s power game for another nearfall.

Shida turns things around as she sends Willow out of the ring before hitting a big dive as we go to picture-in-picture!

Picture-in-Picture: Shida is in control fo the match as she sends Willow to the barricade, keeping the challenger at bay before bringing her to the ring for a knee strike on the apron. Action goes back in the ring as Shida is still on the attack, mounting up on the challenger with punches before locking in a camel clutch! Willow is struggling to fight out of the hold before driving Shida to her back for a nearfall that forces the break as we come back!

Shida manages to hit a suplex for a nearfall despite Willow fighting out of it, and follows up with a knee strike in the corner…but Willow strikes back with an enziguri! Willow with a spinebuster for a cover, but the champ kicks out!

Shida starting to fight back now, taking Willow down from the corner…but Shida is struggling to follow up from this after the damage done earlier. Shida sets up on the turnbuckle, but Willow fights her off before looking for the avalanche Death Valley Driver…but Shida hits a Falcon arrow instead! BUT WILLOW KICKS OUT AT ONE ON THE COVER!

Shida fights off the challenger until Willow hits a Pounce and a Death Valley Driver for the cover…BUT SHIDA KICKS OUT AGAIN!

Shida rolls Willow up after a big attack, but still gets a nearfall. This leads to an exchange of nearfalls until Shida escapes, hitting a Kitana for the pin and the win to retain!

Winner via pinfall and still AEW Women’s World Champion: Hikaru Shida

Shida gets no time to celebrate as Toni Storm comes out to confront the champion…but Shida goes on the attack! Things spill to the back as the light goes out, coming back on to reveal Julia Hart! She stares down Willow in the ring before offering a hand to her…only for Skye Blue to intervene. She stares Julia down, and then Willow…before spraying Julia in the face with blue mist! Julia leaves the ring cursing Skye.

Backstage, MJF is approached once more by The Acclaimed who offer to team with him on two conditions, to scissor them and to wear what’s in the bag. MJF looks into the bag and refuses to do it, before talking about one last group to talk to…and it’s Jeff Jarrett and his amazing friends.

We cut elsewhere, where Roderick calls up ADAAAAAM to get his feelings on MJF dismissing him and the Kingdom for tonight…but Cole just hangs up on him before we go to commercial.

-Commercial Break-

Back at ringside, Bullet Club Gold make their way to the ring for our main event as we’re left wondering who is teaming up with MJF. The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn make their way out with a rap, running down Bullet Club Gold in the final attempt to curry favor with MJF. Speaking of, the World Champion makes his way to the ring…and he’s wearing the gear The Acclaimed offer him! He’s teaming with The Acclaimed tonight after all!

The crowd is loving this as Switchblade tries to taunt the champ before this match gets underway!

MJF, The Acclaimed, & Billy Gunn vs. Bullet Club Gold (Jay White, Juice Robinson & The Gunns)

We start off with MJF demanding Jay White in the ring…and White obliges, only to back up to the corner for BCG to help him out. Bowens tags in as Juice comes in now, and Bowens lays into Robinson with some hard lefts and rights before Austin tags in…demanding to face his father! Tag made to Billy and the two come to terms before Billy takes Austin down. Austin turns it around with some punches, but gets laid out by Billy!

Tag made to Jay White, who calls for a test of strength…only to kick him in the gut. Billy responds with a big chop that drops Switchblade to the canvas! The Bang Bang Gang get cleared out of the ring as The Acclaimed call for MJF to scissor them…but the champ refuses, heading back to the apron as we go to picture-in-picture!

Picture-in-Picture: BCG get back in control of the match now, wearing Bowens down as they mock Caster. Tags come in frequently from BCG as they continue to target Bowens, keeping him away from the corner for a tag as we come back!

Switchblade is in now, hard chop before tagging in Colten…only for Bowens to dodge a cross body in the corner! Tag to Billy and a double elbow on Colten for a nearfall. Body slam by Billy onto his other son before setting up for Scissor Me Timbers! Colten rolls out of the ring as The Acclaimed for a scissors with MJF, but BCG break it up! Colten with some stomps on Caster who’s been tagged in now, and now it’s White tagging in for a hard chop.

Caster gets sent out of the ring where BCG are waiting, allowing Switchblade an opening to get a nearfall before repeating the process. Caster back in the ring as Jay continues to wear him down before chaos ensues with BCG taking Bowens and Billy out at ringside!

This leaves Caster in the ring looking for a tag to MJF, only to be taken down by White…but Caster ducks a clothesline and tags in the World Champion! Switchblade heads for the hills as BCG goes after the champ, who fends them off before Jay forces him to give chase around the ring. This ends with MJF being intercepted by the Club inside the ring, but he escapes a 3:10 to Yuma for a Kangaroo Kick!

Except that Jay White is waiting right behind him, hitting the Blade Runner for the pin and the win on the champ!

Winners via pinfall: Bullet Club Gold

BCG look for a beatdown on the champ before The Acclaimed intervene, leaving us with just MJF and Jay White in the ring. Switchblade looks to hit the champ with his title belt…but Caster pushes him out of the way, taking a proverbial bulllet as he gets laid out with the championship instead! The crowd let BCG know what they think of the situation as they regroup on the ramp. Back in the ring, MJF still hesitant on the the scissoring until Gunn strongly motivates him…and we get a four-way scissor party to a big pop from the crowd!

Caster is very, VERY thankful for this as all four men show love to the crowd, bringing this show to a close.
