WWE SmackDown Preview: Go-home show for Survivor Series, Tag Title Match, more!

WWE SmackDown will air live tonight on FS1 (due to college football on FOX) and emanate from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL just outside of Chicago.

Tonight’s SmackDown is the go-home show for Saturday’s Survivor Series.

As of this writing, WWE is advertising the following for tonight’s SmackDown.

-Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and Damian Priest will defend the belts against The Street Profits.

The Street Profits became the new No. 1 contenders for the tag team titles last week after they defeated Pretty Deadly and The Brawling Brutes in a three-way match on last week’s SmackDown.

The Grayson Waller Effect with special guest Kevin Owens

It was just two weeks ago that General Manager Nick Aldis suspended Owens for attacking Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. Both Theory and Waller taunted Owens and made fun of him while he sat at the commentary table. The short-lived suspension on Owens came after he was filling in Corey Graves, by breaking Aldis’ rules of getting physical with other WWE Superstars.

-Results from fan vote for the advantage in the Women’s WarGames Match

Instead of having a match to determine who gets the advantage, WWE held the first-ever fans vote to determine who gets the advantage on Saturday. The Women’s WarGames Match will be Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Shotzi, and Becky Lynch vs. Damage CTRL (Bayley, Kairi Sane, Asuka, and WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY.
