WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch appeal update

According to PWInsider, several additional court documents related to WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch’s appeal regarding her DUI-related sentencing have been released.

The documents note that Sytch is appealing the court’s Denial of her Motion for Downward Departure, but also “judgement and sentenced rendered on November 27, 2023.” Also, she is attempting to get everything overturned in and attempt to get a lesser sentence.

PWInsider further notes the court also approved Sytch’s indigent status, allowing a public defender to represent her in the appeal without Sytch paying any of the usual court fees as she does not have the financial means.

Sytch is currently at a prison facility in Ocala, Florida. She was sentenced to 17 years plus another 8 years of probation.

Sytch is still facing a lawsuit filed by the estate of Julian Lasseter, who was killed in the traffic incident, which led to Sytch’s arrest back in March 2022.
