Brock Lesnar pulled from WWE 2K Supercard Digital Collectible Game

According to PWInsider, Brock Lesnar has been pulled from the WWE 2K Supercard Digital Collectible Game online.

Also per the report, it appears that 2K, as a licensee for WWE, is following the company’s lead after WWE pulled Lesnar from last Saturday’s Royal Rumble PLE in St. Petersburg, FL.

Lesnar had been scheduled to make his return to WWE at the Royal Rumble. However, the Janel Grant lawsuit filed against WWE, Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis several days before, WWE chose to “withdraw” Lesnar’s involvement.

The lawsuit filed by Grant lawsuit indicated that a former UFC Champion allegedly offered her (Grant) sexual gratification, but that an unexpected snow storm changed those plans. The Wall Street Journal in their report, identified the former UFC Champion to be Lesnar.

PWInsider concluded their report that going forward, sources familiar with matter stated that it is expected the situation regarding Lesnar will be downplayed as much as possible going forward by WWE 2K and potentially other licensees for WWE.
