Also according to Slam Wrestling, per Sullivan’s daughter, Nicole – back on May 12, while at an autograph signing in Florida, her father suffered a devastating accident. As a result he underwent emergency surgery that saved his leg and life. However, he still had severe complications, including sepsis and encephalitis. This unforeseen catastrophe placed an immense financial burden on his family. He had been in and out of consciousness in the ICU, far from home.
