Footage was shown from last week’s locker room brawl.
Kevin Steen def. Eddie Edwards
Steen ran down and attacked Edwards right away to kick off the match. They brawled a bit on the floor with Edwards getting the better of Steen throwing him into the steel guard railing. The finish saw Shane Hagadorn slide a steel chair into the ring and Steen intercepted it hitting Edwards and then hitting a Swanton for the pinfall.
Promos aired of Nigel McGuinness and Tyler Black discussing their match later tonight in the main event.
Sal Rinauro & Tony Kozina vs. Cheech & Cloudy ended in a No Contest
The match barely got started when The Dark City Fight Club came out and attacked everyone.
Backstage, Kyle Durden interviewed Sonjay Dutt. Dutt said he was bringing a new Sonjay Dutt to ROH and promised everyone on HDNet would see the original Playa from the Himalaya.
Necro Butcher def. Sami Callahan
Butcher threw Callahan on the floor right away and hit his steel chair bodyslam spot. Butcher hit the Tiger Driver for the win in a short match. After the match, Colt Cabana, Brent Albright and Grizzly Redwood came out to recruit Butch to join their team against Prince Nana and the Embassy. Cabana said they needed someone crazy and Butcher stapled Callahan as his “yes” answer.
Backstage, Kyle Durden was with ROH World Heavyweight Champion Austin Aries and was going to ask him about the main event when Aries warned him about his questioning. Aries then cut a great promo about how he was the “it” factor in the business today and promised to show that against Roderick Strong next week.
Main Event: Tyler Black def. Nigel McGuinness
Both did the Code of Honor handshake at the beginning of the match. The announcers kept mentioning how rusty Nigel could be in the ring since this was his first match back from major injuries. Lots of working on the outside of the ring when Nigel bailed early on. Once the action returned to the ring, Nigel started working over Black’s arm. Black countered a Tower of London into a dropkick. When Nigel bailed to the outside again, Black hit a big flip dive over the top rope along with a moonsault off the steel ring barricade. More nearfalls in the ring. Finish saw Black counter a jawbreaker attempt by Nigel into the God’s Last Gift for the win. After the match, both men shook hands.
