TMZ Sports has received the arrest report from Jeff Hardy’s arrest this past Saturday.
According to the police report, Hardy was arrested in Myrtle Beach for public intoxication after being found passed out in a public staircase and smelling of alcohol.
Hardy paid a $153 ticket for the misdemeanor. The case is considered closed with the Myrtle Beach Police Department after paying the ticket.
Hardy has been out of action since April after undergoing knee surgery.
“Miz and Mrs” gets a new premiere date
After having originally been announced as premiering on August 6, USA Network has moved up the date for “Miz & Mrs”. The show, which is concluding it’s first season with this run of episodes, will come back Tuesday, July 23.
