According to SEC reports filed on July 23, seven WWE executives, including Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Paul “Triple H” Levesque, sold large amounts of WWE stock.

It should be noted that the sales of this stock come ahead of tomorrow’s second quarter earnings report. WWE’s first quarter results saw the company come under revenue projections and the stock dropping 13% in the same day.

Vince McMahon, CEO, sold 12,627 shares at the price of $70.23 with a total estimated value of $886,794.21.

George Barrios, Co-President, sold 139,175 shares between the prices of $69.98 and $70.54 with a total estimated value of $9,761,705.95.

Kevin Dunn, Executive Vice President, Television Production, sold 68,628 shares at the price of $70.23 with a total estimated value of $4,819,744.44.

Mark Kowal, Corporate Controller, sold 3,845 shares at the price of $70.23 with a total estimated value of $270,034.35.

Paul Levesque, Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events, and Creative, sold 17,563 shares at the price of $70.23 with a total estimated value of $1,233,449.49.

Stephanie Levesque, Chief Brand Officer, sold 17,681 shares at the price of $70.23 with a total estimated value of $1,241,736.63.

Michelle Wilson, Co-President, sold 65,318 shares at the price of $70.23 with a total estimated value of $4,587,283.14.
