WWE Backstage Ratings: Viewership see’s an increase

The ratings are in for the premiere episode of WWE Backstage on FS1 from Tuesday, November 12.

According to a report by Jed I. Goodman, the second episode of WWE Backstage on FS1 drew 100,000 viewers. Despite the increase, this week’s show did not crack the Top 150 shows on Tuesday night on Showbuzzdaily.com’s list.

This week’s show featured special guest NXT Champion Adam Cole.

The official premiere of WWE Backstage on FS1 drew 49,000 viewers. That episode did not crack the Top 150 shows on Showbuzzdaily.com’s list.

The first preview episode, which had aired after an MLB American League Championship game, drew 597,000 viewers. The second preview episode  that aired after WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FS1 two weeks ago, drew 426,000 viewers.

WWE Backstage is expected to see an increase in ratings when CM Punk, who made a suprise appearance at the end of Tuesday’s episode said he would be on next week’s episode.

We recently reported that Punk has officially joined WWE Backstage and will make his official debut on next Tuesday’s episode.

It should be noted that this was the second time that Backstage aired in its regular time slot of 11:00pm ET.
