WWE announced on tonight’s episode of SmackDown that a major change is coming to the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches this year.
After reporting earlier today that there was filming for the Money in the Bank event at the WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, it was announced that the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches will be taking place there. The match, being dubbed as “Climbing the Corporate Ladder,” will start on the ground floor of WWE Headquarters with the briefcases hanging all the way up on the roof of the building.
PWInsider is reporting that there will be a ring on the roof of the building with the briefcases suspended above.
WWE Money in the Bank will take place on Sunday, May 10 at 7 p.m. Eastern/6 Central.
