According to an exclusive report by Ryan Satin of WWE Backstage and Pro Wrestling Sheet, Samoa Joe will be returning to the Raw commentary booth.
Samoa Joe is reportedly in attendance at the Raw tapings today and joined the commentary table. Joe previously served as a commentator on Raw in the fall of 2019 while he was dealing with a thumb injury. It is unknown who he is replacing or if it will become a four-man booth.
WWE taped two episodes of Raw today, which was previously reported. It is unknown if Joe appears on one or both of the shows.
Samoa Joe has been sidelined with a concussion he suffered on a WWE commercial shoot in February and is still waiting to be medically cleared. Joe was later suspended for a month due to a Wellness Policy violation, but that suspension ended in March.
