On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, the next edition of NXT TakeOver was announced.
Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg of D-Generation X made the announcement for NXT General Manager William Regal, who was unable to be there due to the pandemic. On Sunday, June 7, NXT TakeOver: In Your House will take place.
Thursday marks the 25th anniversary of the debut of the In Your House event in 1995. For four years, the In Your House name was used by the company.
This also marks the first NXT TakeOver for the country since NXT TakeOver: Portland in February. The TakeOver special scheduled for Tampa Bay on April 4 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
