WWE is set to make a major announcement about the future of the NXT UK brand on Tuesday.
According to a new report by F4WOnline, talent on the NXT UK brand were informed of a mandatory conference call for Tuesday, but they were not told what it would be about. The NXT UK brand has not run any original shows since March when the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns really began.
With the Speaking Out movement picking up in recent weeks with a heavy emphasis on the British wrestling scene, a number of NXT UK performers under contract to WWE have been accused, including NXT Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin. The accusations led to the releases of Jack Gallagher, Travis Banks, and Ligero.
