Pete Dunne’s WWE contract reportedly set to expire later this month

Pete Dunne's WWE contract reportedly set to expire soon

As first reported by Fightful Select, and then F4WOnline, Pete Dunne’s WWE contract is expiring very soon. The reports noted one source as saying that Dunne’s deal is up after SummerSlam weekend.

The reports also indicated it is uncertain if Dunne’s contract situation is similar to Adam Cole’s, in that Cole’s deal reportedly is up also during SummerSlam weekend.

Dunne made his WWE debut in January 2017 at the very first WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament.

Dunne was the longest-reigning WWE United Kingdom Champion at 685 days, before the record was broken by WALTER. The title later was renamed as the NXT United Kingdom Championship.
