WWE Friday Night Smackdown Tapings for January 22:
– Finlay def. Batista via DQ.
– Dolph Ziggler def. Jimmy Wang Yang.
– CM Punk and Luke Gallows “saved” another fan. It was Serena Deeb from FCW. Her head was shaved as part of the segment.
– John Morrison & R-Truth def. Chris Jericho & WWE Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre.
– Cryme Tyme vs. Charlie Haas & Mike Knox went to a no contest.
– An in-ring segment took place involving the Divas. Michelle McCool and Layla poked more fun at Mickie James and her weight. Maria and Beth Phoenix later got involved.
– Matt Hardy & The Great Khali def. The Hart Dynasty.
– An in-ring segment took place with The Undertaker and Rey Mysterio. Mysterio said he wasn’t afraid of Undertaker. Undertaker said he admired Mysterio’s bravery, but that he would be defeated at the Royal Rumble and would rest in piece. As Mysterio left, Batista attacked him and ran off.
– Post-Taping Bonus Match: Rey Mysterio def. Batista in a No DQ match. There were run-ins by Matt Hardy, CM Punk, Chris Jericho and Kane.
