Eric Bischoff, Jeff Jarrett and Summer Rae all made appearances on last night’s episode of WWE SmackDown, which was live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN.
Bischoff appeared in a backstage segment talking to Adam Pearce – giving him praise for his leadership skills. Bischoff appeared on the December 27, 2021 episode of WWE Raw, where he officiated The Miz and Maryse’s wedding vow renewal ceremony. WWE Hall of Famer Edge interrupted the ceremony as the couple received a “brood bath” with of it landing on Bischoff.
Jarrett was in a backstage segment with Rick Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura. Jarrett asked Boogs what his name was, which then led to Boogs doing his trademark announcement.
Jarrett was a road agent for WWE. However, there were several reports back on July 30, 2021, that he quietly departed from WWE in January 2021. The 54-year old Hall of Famer is scheduled to face Effy in a match at The Wrld on GCW on Sunday at the Hammerstein Ballroom.
Summer Rae was shown on camera in the crowd prior Natalya and Aliyah squaring off. Rae will be part of the 30-Woman Royal Rumble Match next Saturday, January 29.
