Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde is still serving his 30-day suspension for a Wellness policy violation, however, his character, Sin Cara, is returning tonight at the Smackdown taping in Sacramento, CA. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer reports that another Lucha wrestler (rumored to be Hunico from FCW) will don the mask this evening.
