Zelina Vega took to Twitter to comment on the overwhelming reaction she received from the sold-out crowd during Saturday night’s WWE Backlash at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Vega, who challenged Rhea Ripley for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Title dedicated the match to her family and her father who passed away in the 9/11 attacks. Vega’s family was in attendance ringside and were featured on television during the match.
Despite her loss, Vega received an overwhelming response from the fans after the match.
