Former WWE Superstar reportedly working as a producer for MLW PPV and TV tapings

According to a report from PWInsider, not only will former WWE Superstar Ricardo Rodriguez (Jesus Rodriguez) will be appearing as a performer on tonight’s MLW pay-per-view event and television tapings at 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, but he will also be working both shows as a producer as well.

Rodriguez will be teaming with the FBI against Microman and The Mane Event.

It was also notes that during his time with WWE, he would often head up and produce the pre-event tryout sessions in the ring.

MLW’s Never Say Never pay-per-view will stream live tonight on FITE+.

Back in March of 2022, Rodriguez announced he was entering into rehab for what was more than likely for a relapse of alcohol abuse. On the August 20, 2010 episode of SmackDown, he made his debut as Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer. He was released by WWE on July 30, 2014. 

Rodriguez tried out for the AEW Spanish commentary team in October of 2021.
