Independent wrestler Patrick Scott confirmed reports that he has been hired as a writer’s assistant for the WWE SmackDown creative team.
Fightful noted in their report from Sunday that Scott mainly worked around the independent scene in North Carolina, including DEADLOCK Pro Wrestling. He worked also worked as an enhancement talent for WWE on the September 17, 2017, episode of NXT.
