The Hartford Courant and CBS News are featuring articles on WWE removing video re-uploaded to the video sharing site Vimeo by the Connecticut Democratic Party show various clips of past WWE storylines including “simulated sex and necrophilia.”
WWE spokesman Brian Flinn spoke on why WWE is taking this action.
“It’s being presented as today’s WWE and it does not represent our PG-family-friendly entertainment of today.”
Elizabeth Larkin, spokeswoman for state Democrats, wants the video out in public.
“We want to get it out there for the voters to be able to evaluate her full record.”
