According to TKO’s TKO’s annual proxy report, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson compensation under TKO/WWE has been revealed.
Johnson earned $30 million award of stock, took home $900,000 in royalties as part of a possible decade-long merchandising/independent contractor agreement he signed upon joining TKO’s Board back in January 2024. He also received $600,000 in reimbursements for “certain travel expenses associated with delivering services under the Johnson Services Agreement.”
The report also notes during 2025, TKO’s Board met five times and Johnson attended less 75 percent of the meeting due to “prior business commitments.”
