Following the WWE revealing the current buyrate figure for Wrestlemania 29 at 1,048,000 worldwide buys according to the latest Key Performance Indicators, Dave Meltzer has provided a breakdown of that figure this week. The early figure of 1,048,000 breaks down as 650,000 domestic and 398,000 overseas. In comparison, that is down from the 715,000 domestic buys and 504,000 overseas buys the show drew last year in 2012. The company did increase the price of the event this year by $5 along with drawing a higher percentage of buyers in HD (another $10 on most systems) which explains the new record.
WWE will be releasing official figures later this summer for the event.
