Mike Johnson is reporting that Ring of Honor star Rhett Titus was backstage at last night’s 7/8 WWE RAW in Baltimore. Titus made a cameo on the live broadcast in a segment featuring Vince McMahon. It is said that Titus has not signed a WWE deal, but was booked last week to work this week’s TV tapings in a tryout of sorts and to be used as an extra.
One thing of note is that Titus does not currently have a contract with Ring of Honor and hasn’t for the past couple of months. Once the storyline with the SCUM faction that Titus was a part of concluded at the most recent ROH TV Tapings, Titus no longer had any commitment with Ring of Honor.
