WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar makes his way to the ring alongside Paul Heyman. They’re greeted with boos. Heyman greets the crowd and evilly laughs. Heyman says he is the advocate for their reigning, defending, Universal Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar. His client has not just authorized him — he’s instructed and ordered him to educate each and every single one of the people live and at home. These are not rhetorical questions.

Wasn’t Seth Rollins supposed to be “The Beastslayer”? Wasn’t he supposed to be the conqueror’s conqueror? Wasn’t Seth Rollins supposed to be the one man who had Brock Lesnar’s number? Wasn’t he supposed to be the architect with the arson to burn down Suplex City? Isn’t he supposed to be the big hero of the new generation of the WWE Universe? Isn’t he supposed to be Seth Freakin’ Rollins? The answer to all of these questions lies in a piece of footage.

The crowd is giving him the “WHAT” treatment.

For Rollins, the answer is yes. This is all he is. Every second of every day, this is all he ever wanted. Rollins says this is all he’s got. He’ll be at SummerSlam, and he’ll beat Brock Lesnar. Rollins says, “I guarantee it.” A light “Burn it down” chant picks up. Rollins falls out of the ring and pulls himself up. The referees are trying to get him to get checked out.
