Nexus, along, with John Cena make their way out to the ring following Wade Barret’s “victory” at Bragging Rights. Wade introduces the Nexus as the most dominating group in the WWE. He highlights their demolition of the Undertaker last night at the PPV. He explains that their involvement is not the concern of the audience. Wade then yells at Cena for costing him the Championship match last night.

Cena argues that he fulfilled his duty, by making sure Wade won the match.

*GeneralMail Alert*

Since Wade Barret technically won the match last night, he is entitled to a future championship match. To keep order, there will be a special guest referee. The winner of tonight’s main event will pick the referee. It will be Randy Orton, versus any member of the Nexus.

Wade picks Cena to fight. David Otunga complains because of the way that Cena treated him when they won the Tag Team Titles last night. Wade responds by making a match for the belts right now. It will be John Cena & David Otunga v. Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel.

Tag Team Championship
John Cena & David Otunga v. Justin Gabriel & Heath Slater

Wade grabs the mic and says that David Otunga must lay down now, and hand over the Championship. After significant arguing, he agrees.

Winners via lay down: Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel

Vickie Guerrero hits the stage. She says that last night, Daniel Bryan clearly cheated to win the match. Kaitlynn is with her. She introduces Dolph, and he makes his way down to the ring.

Dolph Ziggler v. Daniel Bryan

Ziggler take Bryan down to the mat with some fierce kicks and punches. Bryan counters his way back and starts to fight Ziggler into a hold. CM Punk’s music hits and he comes down to join in on commentary. Bryan goes for, and locks on, a surfboard! That was awesome. Bryan pulls back further and wrenches the neck of Ziggler.

Ziggler escapes and runs his way towards the ropes. Vickie kind of reminds me of a washed up Joan Jett. Bryan knocks Ziggler to the outside, and stares him down. The crowd is behind the US Champion as he leaps for a suicide dive!

Back from the break Bryan kicks Ziggler square in the head. Pin attempt, but Ziggler kicks out of the cover. Bryan takes Ziggler over to the corner and sets him up on the top turnbuckle. Bryan leaps for the Frankensteiner, but Ziggler counters into a roll up pin! Bryan kicks out.

Ziggler goes for the Sleeper, but Bryan quickly escapes. Zig-Zag attempt, but Bryan counters that as well! Bryan goes for a quick roll up, but Ziggler counters into one of his own! Bryan kicks out. Bryan is desperate for anything at this point. Ziggler looks poised for another Zig-Zag attempt, but Bryan counters into the LeBelle lock! Vickie runs behind Ziggler and pulls his right leg under the bottom rope. The referee doesn’t see it, and Ziggler taps!

Winner via Submission: Daniel Bryan

After the match Vickie complains that Dolph’s leg was under the rope, so the submission shouldn’t have counted. CM Punk stands up from commentary and gives Daniel Bryan a standing ovation for his performance.

Toby Keith is tonight’s guest star. He is in the back with the Bella Twins. They give him his own championship belt. Santino comes into the shot and says that when he first came to America it was all hip hop, but now it is all country music. Santino then sings a country song for Toby.

Sheamus comes into the shot and makes fun of Santino. He says that he is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to himself.

In the Nexus locker room, Cena is furious. Wade says that Cena tried to find loopholes in their agreement. The only reason that they Cena is still employed is because Wade is allowing him. Wade says that there is still something big on the horizon, so Cena needs to shape up.

Melina kicks Layla hard in the face. Melina kicks out of the pin attempt. Melina tries for a roll up as Layla heads to the corner for the tag. Michelle comes in and just rails Melina in the face with her boot. Cover, and this match is over.

Winners: LayCool

The Miz comes down to the ring with Alex Riley. He explains that he may have lost at Bragging Rights last night, but he didn’t lose because of himself. He is a born leader. He says that Rey Mysterio should have been disqualified last night, and challenges him to show up on RAW next week. The Miz then puts up the picture of himself on the cover of Smackdown Vs. Raw. Cause he’s The Miz, and he’s awesome!!

Eve Torres’ music hits, and she makes her way down to the ring. Miz asks if she is there to apologize for all the RAW Divas. Eve says that she isn’t there to apologize, but rather thinks Miz is acting like a frog faced loser. Miz says that he finds it amusing that the RAW Superstars sent out a diva to deliver a message. Eve goes on to say that The Miz is the farthest thing from awesome that the WWE has ever known.

R-Truth raps his way down to the ring. After all the trash talking to Eve, he challenges Miz to a match.

credit to WWE.com for the filler recap while I had to step out

The Miz def. R-Truth

Santino Marella def. Sheamus
Yes, you read that correctly. An irate Sheamus challenged Santino Marella to a match – and lost! The Irishman pinned Team Raw’s poor showing at WWE Bragging Rights on The Italian Stallion. Rather than succumbing to the Celtic clubbing one might expect, Santino had help from Team Raw cohort John Morrison, who helped dropped the pale persecutor and allow the Italian to cover for the three-count.

I’m back!

Wow, sorry. WWE.com usually has a better recap than just the match result. My apologies!

Next Week’s guest star is Pee Wee Herman. King says it is one of his all time favorites. I’m not surprised.

John Cena w/ Wade Barret v. Randy Orton

Cena locks on a headlock to start the match. Orton throws him into the ropes and hits a shoulder block. Both men get back to their feet and square off again. Cena knocks down Orton with a shoulder block. They grapple in the middle of the ring, and Cena pushes Orton towards the corner. Orton knocks down Cena, and then connects with a knee drop to the face. Orton hits a couple of punches, and then kicks Cena in the gut.

Cena seems to find some strength and gets to his feet. Cena goes for a flying shoulder block, but Orton moves out of the way, and Cena flies out of the ring! Orton follows to the outside. Wade tries to sneak up, but Orton punches him in the face for his trouble.

We come back as Orton has Cena in a headlock. Cena powers to his feet, and lifts Orton up on his shoulders! Cena goes for the AA, but Randy once again counters. Orton connects with a scoop slam, and is setting up for the RKO. Cena wrestles his way out of the RKO, and knocks Orton down to the mat. Cena heads all the way up to the top turnbuckle. Cena leaps into the air and connects with a leg drop.

Orton gets to his feet, and Cena lifts him up into the air! Orton counters by slipping off into the apron. Cena grabs him and locks on the STF. Orton is eventually able to escape. Wade has been trying to interfere, so Cena runs to the outside and yells at Wade Barret.

Back in the ring, Cena gets caught with a dropkick. Cena is then set up, and hit with the suspended DDT. An RKO attempt by Orton, but this time it is Cena who is able to counter the move. Cena lifts up Orton one more time, and this time he hits the AA!! Cena is too exhausted to go for the cover at first. Eventually, he covers Orton, but by that time the WWE Champion is able to kick out.

Both men make it back to their feet, and Orton hits an RKO out of nowhere!! Cena immediately rolls to the outside of the ring. Orton heads out after him. Randy rolls him back into the ring, and now is looking for the punt. Wade pulls Cena out of the ring, and starts to attack him!

Winner via DQ: John Cena

After the match, Wade starts to attack Randy Orton. The rest of the Nexus comes in to lend a hand. Cena rolls into the ring and starts to fight off the Nexus. Wade grabs a mic and tells Cena to stop. Wade gets to pick the special guest referee for his Championship match – John Cena!

Barret goes on to say that he is sure that Cena will be an impartial referee. This is because if Wade doesn’t win the Championship, he will fire Cena on the spot. To further encourage Cena, when he wins the Championship, Cena will be relieved of all of his Nexus obligations!

Raw Thoughts

I don’t have all that much to say tonight. I really liked last night’s PPV, but I didn’t really care for the show tonight. It just felt really lazy and all over the place. Not to mention how predictable it was all booked.

Well, not Sheamus losing to Santino, I never would have predicted that.

Randy Orton feels like a lame duck champion. I just don’t care about him at all. He is clearly only holding the belt until Wade wins it. Mark my words, with 100 percent certainly I’m saying that Wade will win the belt at Survivor Series. It’s already been booked.

That’s it.

I do read every single e-mail you guys send, and really appreciate hearing your thoughts. Send me some e-mails, and have a safe week everyone!
