“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.

The Raw video plays, and we enter the Nationwide Arena to see a pyrotechnics display. The ring is covered in a black carpet.

Kevin Owens’s music hits, and he comes out wearing a cowboy hat sideways. We’ll be having another edition of The Kevin Owens Show. Owens stands on the stage and introduces his best friend who will be by his side next week when they win the Raw Tag Team Titles and go on to WrestleMania, Seth “Freakin” Rollins. Rollins comes out wildly dancing around.

The commentators promote what will take place on tonight’s show.

Kevin Owens and Seth “Freakin” Rollins are in the ring. Owens says a few weeks ago, their WrestleMania dreams didn’t look good. The two biggest names would be left off WrestleMania. Rollins says the WrestleMania gods looked down on them and gave them another path WrestleMania. They’re going to win the titles and go on to WrestleMania to make moments. Owens says some are saying that his disdain for Texas will distract him at WrestleMania, but he assures Rollins that won’t be the case. Owens says no stupid Texan, including JBL and Shawn Michaels, who are desperate for his attention, will distract him. Owens then stomps his cowboy hat.

Rollins says they’re not in Texas tonight. They’re in Columbus, Ohio and it’s time for their guests: Raw Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy.

Raw Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy come down to the ring. Owens says they reinforced the chair for Otis. Chad Gable says this is their first time on The Kevin Owens Show, so he says, “A-thank you!” Rollins and Owens point out that he says “thank you” wrong and ask him to say it again. Gable again says, “A-thank you!”

Gable says they’ve heard a few asses making assumptions about winning a match against them, but they’re the Raw Tag Team Champions. They weaseled their way into their match. Owens says the titles are coming home with them next week. Gable says they sound uneducated like the people of Columbus that go to that community college Ohio State University. There’s a loud, sustained roar of disapproval for Alpha Academy. Gable eventually shouts, “SHOOOSH!”

Gable says the bottom line is Rollins and Owens only care about their spot on WrestleMania. They’ve busted their butts for years and have never been on the show. This is their chance. Rollins says when they beat them for the titles, they can face them at WrestleMania in a rematch. It’s a win-win. Gable shushes Rollins and Owens. They take exception, and Gable continues to shush them. Owens drops Gable with a Stunner.
