-Commercial Break-

Replays are shown of Becky Lynch defeating Sonya Deville last week to qualify for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Bayley, IYO SKY, Zelina Vega, and Zoey Stark have also qualified.

Becky Lynch stands in the ring and says, “The Man has come around to Wichita.” She then says, “The Man is going to Money in the Bank.” She’s been lucky enough to do a lot of things in her career, but one thing has eluded her: winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Lynch has a good feeling about this year. We’ve all been conditioned to think that the number one person in the company is the person that holds the championship. On the women’s side, they have a brand new shiny championship. Lynch has a new idea. The number one person in the company is the person with all the power. That person is the one holding the briefcase. They have the power to make the champion scared and off their game. Lynch is getting tongue-tied because she loves power. When people get scared, they do stupid, crazy, and dangerous things. She likes that because it makes her better.

When we think of people being scared, we only need to look at Trish Stratus. Trish Stratus was so scared that she was going to be exposed at Night of Champions that she got an insurance policy in Zoey Stark.

Zoey Stark’s music hits, and she walks out to the stage. Stark says she’s heard enough. Lynch has a list of accomplishments, but the one accomplishment she’ll never get to do is beat Trish Stratus. At the Money in the Bank event, she’ll add not being able to beat Zoey Stark to her list of failures. Lynch admits she’s had a lot of failures, but she learns from them. That makes her great. We don’t know anything about Zoey Stark. Lynch knows Stark is special in the ring. Lynch knows she has finesse, agility, and power. The one thing Stark lacks is a personality. Stark flips out. Stark says if Lynch wants to talk about personality, she must not own a mirror. Lynch didn’t become relevant on her personality. She became relevant by someone breaking her face. Lynch is scratching and clawing to hold onto that fame. Now she’s trying to hold onto Trish Stratus. At Money in the Bank, she’ll break Lynch’s face and make her famous.

Lynch challenges her to come to the ring, but Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville come out to the stage. Deville asks for the music to start. Stark is not happy. Deville says they want to address Becky Lynch. Green says the only reason she didn’t fight back is because she cares about her tag team partner. Lynch tells Green to get in the ring. Lynch tells Stark to watch and see why she’s famous.

Green knocks Lynch down and pushes her head. Lynch fights back and sends her to the corner. Green puts Lynch on the apron, but Lynch knocks her back. Lynch goes to the top rope, but Green cuts her off. Lynch knocks her down to the canvas and hits a missile dropkick. Green rolls out of the ring, so Lynch hits a baseball slide. Lynch hits a diving elbow off the apron and sends her into the barricade a few times.

Lynch gets Green in the ring, but Green fights back. Green hits a kick to the head and goes for a finish, but Lynch fights out. Lynch goes for the Manhandle Slam, but Green counters with a roll-up for a two-count. Lynch immediately transitions into a Dis-Arm-Her for the submission.

Finn Bálor makes his way to the ring, looking very pensive. Bálor calls out Seth “Freakin” Rollins, the workhorse champion. They need to talk. No singalongs or jokes. Just facts. Bálor tells Rollins to get out here.

“BURN IT DOWN!”

World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins makes his way to the ring. The crowd loudly sings Rollins’ theme song. Rollins happily listens. Bálor asks if they’re done, but they continue on. Rollins looks pleased. Bálor says he’s waited seven years to say what he has to say, so they better shut up. The crowd keeps on singing. Bálor says he’ll give them something to sing about. Seven years ago, he was a first-round pick on Raw. He beat Roman Reigns on his first night. Three weeks later, he beat Rollins to become the first-ever Universal Champion. The crowd just keeps singing. Bálor looks irate. This is incredible.

Rollins chuckles. Bálor says this isn’t funny. This is serious. Bálor looks focused. Rollins asks if Kansas is having fun tonight, and they loudly cheer. Bálor says he’s not having fun. This is serious. He’s been waiting for seven years to say this to him. The crowd drowns him out by singing Rollins’ theme song again! Rollins asks what he’s been waiting seven years to say. If it’s that damn important that he’s going to ruin the crowd’s party, then he better get it off his chest. What should have been the highest of highs for him in an instant became the lowest of lows because of Rollins. Rollins gave him a torn bicep, pec, and labrum. Bálor isn’t complaining about the injury. This is a hard business. This is a tough business. Injuries happen. What bothered him, other than the fact that these idiots won’t stop singing (they just get LOUDER)… Bálor says the crowd doesn’t actually like Rollins. They just like his song. Rollins asks what he’s talking about. Bálor says Rollins took everything from him. Rollins took his momentum, his title, and a year from his career. Rollins took everything. Now it’s his turn to take it all back from Rollins. Bálor is going to take Rollins’ momentum, title, and a year from his career. Bálor says he’ll do it at Money in the Bank.

Rollins thinks about it, and the singing starts up again. Rollins cackles at Bálor, and the crowd cheers. Rollins says Kansas is too kind, but he’s not laughing because they sang Bálor’s promo out of the building. Rollins says he’s laughing because this is the Finn Bálor he’s been waiting to see for seven years. The inaugural Universal Championship match at SummerSlam in Brooklyn sent them on different career paths. One of them got bitter, and one of them got better. Rollins says he’s done some bad things over the past seven years. He’s also made memories, history, and moments that these people will never forget. Rollins did that because he changed, adapted, rolled with the punches, and got better every single day. Now he is the greatest version of Seth “Freakin” Rollins. The proof is in the World Heavyweight Championship. If Bálor wants a crack at it at Money in the Bank, Bálor is on.

Rollins looks at Bálor as the crowd starts to sing again. Rollins has to know which version of Bálor is coming to London to fight for the title. This bitter shell of a champion doesn’t stand a chance… but the Finn Bálor that beat him to become the first-ever Universal Champion with his arm hanging off his body, he’s got a shot. Rollins asks if Bálor is going to bring that Finn Bálor to Money in the Bank, or is he going to bring the guy that’s been walking around for the past seven years acting like a little bitch. Rollins laughs and walks off as the crowd reacts big!
