Enzo Amore talks about the end of his tag team

Enzo Amore makes his entrance to a nice reception. Enzo goes through his usual shtick minus the part about Big Cass. Enzo gets in the ring and gets the crowd going. Enzo says if they want to know how he’s doing, it’s not too good. This isn’t about him. This is about the realest guys – plural – in the room. Enzo takes off his black jacket and shows an Enzo and Cass t-shirt. Enzo says he’s tried so hard this week to get in touch with Big Cass, but he can’t. Enzo says he knows he’s done some stupid things. It isn’t the first or last time. Enzo says they need to talk man-to-man right now. He’ll stay in the ring all night if he has to.

Big Cass makes his way to the ring with a black t-shirt. Cass gets in the ring and listens to the crowd booing him. Cass has a smug look on his face. Enzo says he knows Cass hears that reaction. Enzo says that reaction hurts Cass. It hurts him because he knows Cass better than anyone in the world. That reaction hurts Cass like Cass hurts him. Words cut deep. Cass hurt him… and he was right about a lot of those things. Enzo knows he’s not the biggest guy in the world. He has the biggest mouth in the world that can bite off more than he can chew. That was ok because he had Cass. Cass is his brother. Last week, Cass broke his heart and almost broke his face, but Cass is his brother. Enzo doesn’t want to break that bond. Forget the crowd, wrestling, and WWE. Cass is his brother for life. Enzo had so much pride when Cass hit the gas. That journey isn’t over. What Cass did to him is in the past. Last week, Enzo saw passion in Cass’ eyes. Enzo wants to focus on the future of his family. Enzo refuses to let him break that bond before they become WWE Tag Team Champions.

Cass approaches him and takes the microphone from him. Cass says Enzo just never knows when to shut up. Cass looks sad and says he has to be honest. After what he did last week, he’s never been so ashamed in his life. Yes, Enzo is annoying, loud, and runs his mouth. Cass accepts Enzo for who he is. He won’t change Enzo, and Enzo would change him. They’re brothers. Cass says, “So in front of the world, I want to say to my brother, ‘I’m sorry.'” Cass is sorry for everything he’s done and said in the past five weeks. Cass asks him to accept his apology and extends his hand. Enzo looks on the verge of tears. They finally shake hands. Cass then hugs Enzo. Enzo has tears in his eyes. Cass says if anyone thought they’d throw away their bond for this whole ordeal, then he has one word to describe them: S-A-W-F-T! They celebrate and leave the ring. They pose on the ramp, and Cass hits a short-arm clothesline on him. Cass yells at the crowd while they boo him. Cass stands over Enzo and talks some trash. Paul Heyman is in the ring and greets the crowd as the advocate for Brock Lesnar. Samoa Joe is the exception to the rule of everyone fearing Lesnar. Samoa Joe doesn’t fear Brock Lesnar. Joe stepped into the ring and pulled a cheap shot on Lesnar. If he wanted to start a fight in the locker room, he’d do a cheap shot because he knows everyone will pile on top of them and separate them. Joe did a cheap shot and had the roster pull them apart. Then Joe did a second cheap shot by kicking him in the face. Joe remains fearless. It isn’t impressive to him. It just means Samoa Joe is a Samoan Dumbass. Samoa Joe isn’t burdened with great intelligence like him, but it takes a smart man to know when to start fearing. Now is the time to start fearing Brock Lesnar. While they’ve all enjoyed the anticipation, the bathroom break is over. Hit record because this is the moment they’ll be talking about tomorrow.
