WWE SmackDown kicks off with highlights of WrestleMania.
Live in the arena, Jacob Fatu’s music hits and out he comes to the ring.
Fatu says that on Monday, he told Roman that he needs that title. He says Roman looked in his eyes and told him that he’s not ready. Fatu says the truth is that Roman is right because he has never been ready. He has heard that his entire life, that he is not good enough. He says Roman said that he is not ready, Fatu says to step in this ring and prove it.
Out come The Usos to the ring. Jimmy tells him that he knows that he wants to upgrade his family. He says the play that Roman wants is the play they run. Jimmy tells him to join the family.
Jey tells Fatu stepped up but they will see if he swings. Jey tells him to look at Roman in the eyes.
Solo’s music hits and out come Solo Sikoa with the MFTs. Solo asks Fatu where The Usos were at two years ago. Tama Tonga asks how Fatu is going to be Roman if he can’t even beat Solo. Fatu super kicks Tama Tonga and Solo stops JC Mateo and Tonga Loa.
Fatu says he needs to talk to Roman Reigns. Fatu says he will beat Solo Sikoa tonight. Fatu’s music hits and we cut to the back.
Cathy Kelley is backstage with Giulia and Kiana James. Giulia is angry that she was not at WrestleMania. Kiana James says that she couldn’t get Giulia at WrestleMania but it lit a fire under her and she will beat Tiffany tonight. Giulia says she beat Tiffany once and she will do it again. She says she feels no pressure and looks at Kiana James, telling her she feels anger.
-Commercial Break-
Women’s United States Championship – Giulia (c) with Kiana James vs. Tiffany Stratton
The bell rings and we are under way. Tiffany with a clothesline and she goes for the cover but Giulia kicks out. Giulia with a head lock take down followed by a swinging neck breaker. She goes for the cover but Tiffany kicks out. She places her in a tree of woe and lands a drop kick. Tiffany rolls to the outside and Giulia with a neck breaker.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Tiffany with a stunner. She goes for the cover but Giulia kicks out. Tiffany climbs the top rope but Giulia hits her with right hands. Giulia with a double underhook suplex off the second rope. She goes for the cover but Tiffany kicks out. She grabs Tiffany but Tiffany with a kick. Tiffany runs to the ropes but Kiana grabs her by the leg. She grabs Kiana onto the ring apron. Giulia goes for a kick onto Tiffany but she moves out of the way and hits Kiana. Tiffany rolls her up but Giulia kicks out. Tiffany slams her onto the mat. Tiffany climbs the top rope an goes for the Prettiest Moonsault Ever but Giulia gets her knees up. Giulia gets her in a submission but Tiffany gets out of it. Giulia with a knee onto Tiffany. Giulia goes for Arrivederci but Tiffany lands on her feet. Tiffany with an Alabama Slam followed by the Prettiest Moonsault Ever. She goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winner: New Women’s United States Champion
We see a clip of Danhausen knocking on The Miz’s house. Danhausen gets in Miz’s pool and Miz tells him to get out of the pool. Danhausen gets in another pool and Miz jumps towards him but Danhausen moves out of the way and The Miz falls in the pool.
-Commercial Break-
Cathy Kelley is on the entrance ramp with Tiffany Stratton. Tiffany says that for the last few months, she felt like she had the runner up story. She was the runner up at the Royal Rumble and the runner up at the Elimination Chamber. But tonight, she is the new Women’s United States Champion. She says she will show the WWE Universe why WWE runs on Tiffy Time.
Brie’s music hits and out comes Brie Bella. Paige’s music hits and out she comes. They get in the ring with their new Women’s Tag Team titles.
Brie says it feels incredible to be standing in the ring as Champion. She says WrestleMania was really special and even though she couldn’t compete next to her sister, she is really glad that she had a good idea of calling an old friend that she can count on, one that she calls a sister. She says she knows she speaks for everyone when she says welcome back.
Paige says she is back and asks the fans if they missed her. Paige says she has lost her voice, it was a hectic week but what a hell of a week. When Brie gave her the call last week to have her back at WrestleMania, she thought what a wonderful way to come home. She says she is proud to be here with here and they walked out as the Women’s Tag Team Champions. She says they were in the ring with some of the best in the world but SmackDown is her house. She says Brie and herself are not going anywhere.
Charlotte Flair’s music hits and out she comes with Alexa Bliss. Flair says she thinks she can speak for the both of them when she says it is good to see them both back. Alexa says yes, even if she got pinned. Bliss says she thinks she can speak for the both of them when she says they won’t let one WrestleMania moment get in their way.
Flair says if Paige wants to prove that this is her house, she can think of no better way than to face them. The fans do the “Yes” chant. Paige says she is down and asks if Brie is and Brie says she is down. Paige asks for a referee right now.

Women’s Tag Team Championship match – Page and Brie Bella (c’s) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss
Back from commercial and the match is already under way. Brie and Bliss are in the ring. Flair is tagged in and they double team Brie. Flair with a fall away slam followed by a kick to the face. Flair goes to kick Brie’s leg but Brie moves out of the way. Brie goes to make the tag but Flair drags her by the leg. Brie with a kick to the side of the face.
Jacy Jayne pulls Paige off the ring apron and throws her into the ring steps. The referee rings the bell.
Winners: No contest
Out come Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid of Fatal Influence and they take down Brie, Flair and Bliss.

A video package of Royce Keys airs.
Cody’s music hits and out comes Cody Rhodes to the ring. Cody asks the fans what they want to talk about. He says he wants to talk about how he left WrestleMania 42 and he does not mean as Champion. Bloodied but he still made the decision of making the long walk up the ramp. He made that decision because he feels it is the job as WWE Champion. The only super power he might have is he always gets back up. And the moment you see him take that side ramp, that means this run is over and this run actually started four years ago right around the corner from here.
He says ever since then, on paper and in his heart, he wanted to send a message at WrestleMania. Even if he knew he would not be medically cleared after that. He wanted to send a message to his opponent Randy Orton. He says Orton is not there tonight, Orton who started him out in this sport, who taught him everything and it was everything he taught him that beat him. He says Orton gave him his best shot, a punt to the head, but he is still standing. He wanted to send a message to a sarcastic and condescending Sami Zayn, who backstage called him the golden boy. He showed up at WrestleMania, adorned head to toe in gold, his family in gold, everyone in gold and they will all be gold.
Cody says and the most important message that he wanted to send is to those outside forces that kept interjecting into his WrestleMania plans, that want to get involved in this Nightmare family party. He says they are 0-3, send your best, count your money and mind your damn business. He says this is the first SmackDown after WrestleMania. As the man holding the richest prize in the sport, he is not the hunter. It is easy to find him, if you are from NXT, Raw or SmackDown. He is easy to find but hard to beat. Cody drops the microphone and his music hits.
We cut backstage and Solo is with the MFTs but without Tala Tonga. Solo says he wants JC Mateo and Tama Tonga to get the Tag Team titles and bring it to the family. He tells them not to let the family down. Tonga Loa asks him about Jacob and Solo tells him not to worry about Jacob, he will teach him a lesson that without them, Fatu can’t beat Roman.
WWE Tag Team Championship match – Damian Priest and R-Truth (c’s) vs. JC Mateo and Tama Tonga
The bell rings and we are under way. R-Truth and Tama Tonga start the match. R-Truth with a shoulder tackle but Tama Tonga with a drop kick. Tama Tonga goes for the five knuckle shuffle but R-Truth moves out of the way. Priest is tagged in and Priest with right hands. Priest with a shoulder tackle. In comes JC Mateo but Priest with a spinning kick. Priest with a splash in the corner onto Tama Tonga. JC Mateo gets on the ring apron and pulls Priest by the head with the referee distracted. Tama Tonga clotheslines Priest to the outside of the ring and Tonga Loga with a clothesline.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Priest with a clothesline onto JC Mateo., R-Truth is tagged in and R-Truth with a shoulder tackle. He lifts JC Mateo and slams him. R-Truth with the you can’t see me and five knuckle shuffle. R-Truth goes for the AA but Tonga Loa gets on the ring apron and that distracts R-Truth and the referee. Tama Tonga gets in the ring and he lands a swinging neck breaker onto R-Truth. JC Mateo with a German suplex onto R-Truth. He goes for the cover but Priest breaks it up. Tama Tonga throws Priest to the outside of the ring. Tama Tonga with an uppercut onto R-Truth. JC Mateo slams R-Truth in the corner and Tama Tonga goes for a splash but R-Truth moves out of the way. Priest is tagged in. Priest and R-Truth with the Rise Up flapjack. Priest goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winners: Still WWE Tag Team Champions, R-Truth and Damian Priest
We see a clip of earlier in the week where Danhausen is at The Miz’s house. He is playing indoor golf and takes one of Miz’s Slammy awards. As Danhausen is leaving, he sees Maryse. Miz throws a bowl of cocoa powder towards Danhausen who moves and he gets the powder all over Maryse. Danhause gets on a kids bike and bikes away.
We cut to Lil Yachty backstage and out comes Trick Wiliams. They shake hands and Lil Yachty knocks on a door. Out steps Ginger Bread man.
-Commercial Break-
Trick’s music hits and Trick Williams is standing wearing his white coat and a white hat. He comes out with Lil Yachty and the Gingerbread man. There’s a small table with champagne on ice and balloons. Trick says he thinks the people are excited to celebrate with the new United States Champion. He says they were just at WrestleMania last week, 50,000 fans, Lil Yachty was there, Trick Williams was there and the Gingerbread man was there. He tells the fans to say what he did on Sunday and they chant “Whoop that Trick”.
Lil Yachty says there was the celebrity road to WrestleMania tour and he is still there. He says if Trick is the anointed one, Lil Yachty is the prophecy. If Trick is Michael Jackson, he is Quency Jones. If Trick is Mike Tyson, he is Don King. If Trick Williams in Michael Jordan, he is Phil Jackson. Lil Yachty says there is no more United States open challenge. Trick says if you want an invitation, you find a wedding and if you want the United States Champion, you look for the United States champion who looks like chocolate milk wearing the lemon pepper steppers. Trick’s music hits and pyro goes off.
The Gingerbread man grabs his candy cane stick and he hits Trick Williams from behind. Lil Yachty turns around and he hits Lil Yachty with it too. The Gingerbread man takes the mask off and it’s Sami Zayn. The fans boo and he hits Trick with the Helluva Kick.
Royce Keys is backstage with his Andre the Giant trophy. In comes Cathy Kelley and he tells her he is just getting started. In comes Solo Sikoa and he tells Royce Keys that he gave Tala Tonga the night off but there is always room for him in the family.
-Commercial Break-
Danhausen vs. The Miz with Kit Wilson
The bell rings and we are under way. Danhausen comes out in his Hausenmobile. He has Miz’s Slammy Award on it. Danhausen runs towards Miz and he lands a cross body. Danhausen climbs the second rope and lands a hurricanrana. Miz rolls to the outside of the ring. Kit Wilson gets on the ring apron and distracts Danhausen. Miz hits Danhausen from behind. Kit gets on the ring apron and they celebrate. Danhausen sits up like the Undertaker. He says you are cursed. Miz and Kit Wilson are posing on the ropes and pyro goes off. Kit falls to the outside and Miz falls into the ring. Danhausen goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winner: Danhausen
After the match, Miz and Danhausen are in the ring. Danhausen throws something and smoke pops out but Danhausen stays in the ring. Miz chases Danhausen and Danhausen rolls under the ring. Miz follows him. Danhausen comes out and jumps over Kit Wilson but Miz trips onto Kit Wilson. Danhausen gets in the Hausenmobile and drives away.

A video package of Blake Monroe coming to SmackDown airs.
Rhea Ripley’s music hits and out she comes to the ring. Rhea tells the fans that their mommy is finally Champion again. She says at WrestleMania, Jade proved to her that she can go. But now it is her time to prove that the WWE Women’s Champion is a fighting Champion. She says she knows that there are plenty of women in the back that wants to take their chance and if someone wants to step to her, now is their shot.
Out come Fatal Influence. Jacy Jayne tells Rhea that they get it, she is a star. The fans boo loudly and she tells them to respect her, they get it, she is the star, a Champion. The fans continue to boo loudly and she tells them this is her time. She says Rhea had a big win at WrestleMania and she congratulates her. She tries to speak but cannot speak over the fans. She tells the fans that they should give Fatal Influence credit for taking out their precious little legends tonight.
Rhea says she did see what they did and she has to say, taking out that many legends is quiet impressive. Rhea tells her to stop while they are ahead. Fallon Henley tells her thanks but no thanks. What they did to them is nothing compared to what they will do to her. Rhea says she thought that Jayne was cocky. She tells them that she has been used to the numbers game being against her and if they opened their eyes, that doesn’t matter. She tells them if they want a fight, she is ready for a fight. Rhea tells Jayne to take her shot.
Jayne tells Rhea that one thing she will learn about Fatal Influence is they are always ready to throw hands.
Out comes Nick Aldis who welcomes them to SmackDown. He says he was trying to think of a suitable punishment for what they did tonight but Rhea is standing right there in the ring. Aldis says Jacy Jayne will go one on one against Rhea Ripley right now.

Rhea Ripley vs. Jacy Jayne with Fatal Influence
The bell rings and we are under way. Rhea goes for a power slam but Jayne lands on her feet and gets Rhea in a head lock take down. She gets to her feet but Rhea throws her away. Rhea with a shoulder tackle. Rhea goes for a big boot but Jayne moves out of the way. Jayne with a right hand. She grabs Rhea but Rhea throws her to the ropes and Jayne with a hurricanrana. Jayne goes for a splash in the corner but Rhea grabs her. Jayne gets out of it. Jayne on the ring apron, Rhea throws her to the outside. Rhea goes for a baseball slide, Jayne moves out of the way. Jayne gets on the ring apron and goes for a kick but Rhea trips her up. Rhea throws Jayne back into the ring. Fatal Influence distract Rhea and Jayne with a kick to the face.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Rhea with a kick to the side of the head followed by a clothesline. Rhea with a drop kick. Rhea goes for Razor’s Edge but Jayne grabs the ropes and lands on her feet. Jayne with a super kick. Jayne with a running knee to the face. She geos for the cover but Rhea kicks out. Jayne goes for an elbow to the face but Rhea moves out of the way and she hits Jayne with a boot to the face. Rhea climbs the top rope but Jayne trips her up. Jayne gets on the second rope but Rhea with right hands. Rhea gets down off the top rope and she lifts Jayne onto her shoulders. Jayne rolls her up but Rhea kicks out. Rhea with a super kick. She lands the Razor’s Edge and hits Jayne with a drop kick. She goes for the cover but Jayne kicks out. Rhea with a headbutt. Rhea goes for Riptide but Henley and Reid get in the ring. They attack Rhea and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: By disqualification, Rhea Ripley
Fatal Influence triple team Rhea.
We cut to Jacob Fatu backstage and in come The Usos. Jimmy tells him that the MFTs will get involved but they will be watching. Fatu tells them he doesn’t need their help and he walks away.
-Commercial Break-
Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss are in the trainer’s room. In comes Rhea Ripley and she asks Flair if they have a problem. Bliss says they do, it’s Fatal Influence. Flair says she will get her hands on Jacy Jayne next week and walks away. Flair tells Rhea that it’s not Rhea, Flair is just like that.

Solo Sikoa with MFTs vs. Jacob Fatu
The bell rings and we are under way. Solo with a shoulder tackle but Fatu stays on his feet. Fatu with a right hand and he gets Solo in the corner. Fatu climbs the second rope and begins to headbutt Solo but Solo slams Fatu face first onto the top turnbuckle. Solo climbs the second turnbuckle and hits Fatu with right hands. Solo to the ropes but Fatu with a shoulder tackle. Fatu to the ropes but JC Mateo grabs Fatu by the leg with the referee distracted. Solo throws Fatu to the outside of the ring. Tama Tonga with a right hand onto Fatu. JC Mateo throws Fatu back into the ring and out come The Usos. Fatu gets angry at them and Solo with a clothesline. He goes for the cover but Fatu kicks out.
-Commercial Break-
Back from commercial, Solo with an overhead German suplex. He grabs Fatu and hits him with a right hand but Fatu with a right hand. Fatu with a clothesline followed by a senton. Solo in the corner and Fatu with a splash. Fatu climbs the second rope and he begins hitting Solo with headbutts. Fatu get sdown and lands a running hip attack. Tama Tonga gets on the ring apron and that distracts Fatu. He turns around, Solo goes for a Samoan spike, Fatu ducks and lands a super kick. Fatu climbs the top rope, Tonga Loa distracts the referee and JC Mateo pushes Fatu down. Solo goes for the cover but Fatu kicks out. He grabs Fatu but Fatu pushes him away. Fatu with a suicide dive onto the MFTs. Fatu gets in the ring and Solo with a super kick followed by a Spinning Solo. He climbs the top rope and Solo lands the splash. He goes for the cover but Fatu kicks out. Solo goes for the Solo Spike but Fatu ducks and hits him with a super kick. Fatu with a pop up Samoan drop followed by the Mighty Moonsault. He goes for the cover and gets the pin.
Winner: Jacob Fatu
The MFTs get in the ring after the match and they begin to beat Fatu up. The Usos walk down to the ring. Tama Tonga has a steel chair but Fatu kicks him. Fatu with a right hand onto JC Mateo. Tonga Loa gets in the ring but Fatu with a right hand. Fatu hits Tama Tonga and JC Mateo with a steel chair. The Usos stand on the ring apron and are watching Fatu. He places a steel chair around JC’s neck and around Tama Tonga’s neck. Fatu with a running hip attack onto both JC and Tama Tonga. Fatu with a suicide dive onto Tonga Loa. He places Tonga Loa on the announce table. Fatu climbs the barricade and lands a splash through the announce table. Fatu gets back in the ring and looks at The Usos as SmackDown goes off the air.
