During his Saturday Night Special on YouTube, AEW star Chris Jericho revealed that former WWE NXT star Taynara Conti will make her AEW debut on this coming Wednesday’s taped episode of Dynamite as part of the Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament.
Conti was one of several WWE NXT performers released back on April 17 due to cutbacks related to COVID-19.
Back in April, Conti posted a video to YouTube titled “FIRED BY WWE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANDEMIC.” She said she asked WWE for her release, but was told that the company would not grant it. She said she had asked for her release again, and then received a call from WWE and they told her “Hey Tay…Bye!”
