Miro’s AEW contract has been extended through 2026

Several media outlets are reporting on a story from Fightful Select that came out on Wednesday, stated that Miro has signed a contract extension with AEW.

The report indicates that Miro signed a new four-year deal that will keep him in AEW through the early part of 2026. Furthermore it was said that Miro and AEW agreed on the terms late last year, but it took a while before the new contract was actually signed. His original AEW contract was set to expire sometime this spring.

It should be noted however, Miro stated on the February 13 episode of the Kurt Angle show that re-signed with AEW. He did not go into specifics of the deal on Angle’s show.

Miro has not wrestled since his loss to Bryan Danielson at the AEW Full Gear PPV back on November 13. He had been dealing with a hamstring injury, which kept him out of action.
