PROGRESS Wrestling will return to live shows in 2022 under new ownership.
PROGRESS Wrestling announced in a press release and a video on the Friday that the promotion has been sold to Lee McAteer and Martyn Best.
McAteer and Best are the associate directors of English Football League Two soccer team Tranmere Rovers. McAteer is also the founder and former CEO of Wrestling Travel.
