F4WOnline is reporting that court records show a Notice of Appearance filed this Thursday, June 11 entering attorney Darrin Chambers of NeJame Law in Orland, Florida as legal for the alleged victim of WWE star Ludwig Kaiser (real name Marcel Barthel).

Orange County court records, a pre-trial conference for the battery case regarding Kaiser is scheduled to take place in Orlando, Florida on Thursday, July 16.
Kaiser entered a “not guilty” plea in response to the misdemeanor battery charge which he is currently facing. The incident took place back on April 24, 2026 in an apartment complex, in which Kaiser and a female, believed to be his girlfriend were getting aggressively intimate with kissing in the elevator. The alleged victim states that he asked Kaiser and the female to is accused of assaulting a male resident of his apartment complex. The alleged victim says “please have some manners.” After the elevator stopped at the 12th floor, the victim further alleges that Kaiser began punching him and then pushed him to the ground. The report by local police notes they did see a fresh scratch and redness on the victim’s head.
