According to PWInsider, AEW star Jeff Hardy was ordered through the mail on July 15 to appear for arraignment on August 2 at 2:30 PM local time before Volusia County Court.
Hardy entered of plea of not guilty back on June 28.
During the Forbidden Door media call, Tony Khan said that Jeff is currently in treatment. Hardy has been indefinitely suspended without pay. Khan further stated that said Hardy can not return to AEW until he successfully undergoes treatment and is able to maintain sobriety.
