During this weekend’s NXT live events in Florida, one WWE Performance Center recruit made his in-ring debut, while two others wrestled their first non-battle royal matches.
24-year-old former University of Tulsa football player Tiller Bucktrot lost to Tyler Bate. That show took place at the Havert L. Fenn Center in Fort Pierce WWE is billing Bucktrot at 6ft 4″ and over 300 lbs.
Also at that same show, Sarah Baer teamed with Lash Legend. They lost to Lyra Valkyria and Dani Palmer. Baer’s only other match was in a battle royal at an NXT house show in October 2022.
Tiana Caffey also made her non-battle royal in-ring debut at Saturday night’s house show that was held at the Sanford Civic Center in Sanford, Florida. She was defeated by Kayden Carter.
Per WWE’s website, the 23-year-old Caffey is a former collegiate soccer player from LSU. A Port St. Lucie, Fla., native, Caffey was called up to play for the USA U17 National Soccer Team.
