Arrow and Heels star Stephen Amell revealed on his Facebook page, that he is heading to the July 17 episode of WWE Raw, which will emanate from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
Amell is a close friend of WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes. Amell has made appearances in WWE in the past, competing at SummerSlam 2015, as he was involved in a program with Rhodes. He also made appearances for ROH and wrestled Christopher Daniels at the very first All In PPV in 2018.
Last month, during a live signing for ‘Whatnot’, Amell revealed he is in involved in a project for WWE. At the time, he said the new project will be released at the same time as season two of Heels. He further noted that if Cody Rhodes was still in AEW, he would have worked with the company to promote the show. CM Punk and AJ Mendez are a part of season two.
The new season of Heels premieres on STARZ Saturday, July 22.
