WWE/Vince McMahon hit with ‘strange’, ‘bizarre’ lawsuit

As first reported by PWInsider on Wednesday and then several other media outlets, both Vince McMahon and WWE have been hit with a lawsuit that is being called “strange” and “bizarre.’

The hand written lawsuit was filed by Dana W. Miley, before the United States District Court of The Western District of Pennsylvania.

Wiley is allegeding breach of contract and failure to be reimbursed for “down payment hangout, what app email contract to personal fan meet World Wrestling Entertainment employee Alexia (sic) Bliss” on June 30.

The reports also note, Miley also accuses Vince McMahon of breaching an agreement between the two sides, claiming he would have become an employee of WWE with a paid salary of $70 thousand per month.

Furthermore, PWInsider has indicated that in the lawsuit, Wiley alleges McMahon discriminated against him. Wiley wrote “Plaintiff was arrested and charge (sic) for attempted homicide, aggravate (sic) assault against New Castle, Pennsylvania Law Enforcement on 10/22/22 order the United States Secret Service and Pennsylvania State Police Troop, D. major case team to possess a warrant to unlawful seized Search I, Plaintiff phone device and property in conspiracy theory plot to obstruct and destroy any evidence supporting these facts that World Wrestling Entertainment employee Alexia (sic) Bliss email text to I, Plaintiff hangout, what app email business accounts.”

PWInsider further notes Wiley is seeking $6 million for breach of contract as well as the reimbursement of all legal fees.

As of this report, no defendants have been served.

This is said to be the second time Miley has filed a lawsuit against WWE. He had previously filed a suit back in 2019, which was called “weird.” In the suit, Wiley alleged that he signed a fair use contract on the steps of a courthouse in New Castle, PA in 1995, for the rights to use D-X and the NWO – after he had been sentenced “in an unrelated criminal case.” He further claimed that was not paid and was ignored for over 20 years.

DX wasn’t created in WWE until August of 1997 and the NWO was formed at the WCW Bash at the Beach PPV, held on July 7, 1996.

The lawsuit was later dismissed.
