According to Sports business reporter Darren Rovell on Friday, WWE has currently sold more than 90,000 tickets for WrestleMania 40.
Rovell also notes that the company has already broken WrestleMania 39’s all-time gate record from SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA.
WrestleMania 40 pre-sale tickets went on sale this past Tuesday. General public tickets went on-sale Friday, August 18.
The huge two-day event is being held at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, 2024.
This will be the second time that Philadelphia will host WrestleMania. WrestleMania XV was held at the First Union Center, currently known as the Wells Fargo Arena back on March 28, 1999.
