John Cena to host WWE Payback on Saturday night

John Cena will be hosting Saturday night’s WWE Payback premium live event.

Cena officially made his return to WWE SmackDown on Friday night, live from the GIANT Center in Hershey, PA. Cena will be appearing on WWE SmackDown for the next seven weeks, including Superstar Spectacle in India next Friday.

During Friday night’s episode, Cena was cutting a promo, when Jimmy Uso came out and interrupted Cena, accusing him of being just like Roman Reigns, except with a smile. Cena then said to Jimmy he thought the wrong Uso quit WWE. Jimmy then made an attempt to superkick Cena, which countered with the AA.

WWE Payback will take place from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday night and air live on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else, beginning at 8:00 pm ET.
