Jey Uso made his return to WWE on Saturday night at Payback. However, Jey will not be on SmackDown – he will be part of Monday Night Raw. Cody Rhodes made the announcement during his appearance on the Grayson Waller Effect. Rhodes noted he saw a lot of injustice on Friday Night SmackDown was able to use all of his political power in order to get Jey to be part of Raw.
Jey then came down to the ring and was confronted by Waller, and told Jey that he was in need of the “Grayson Waller Rub.” Jey’s response to Waller was giving him a superkick.
